About accommodation

Q: When will my cancellation fee be charged?A: For individual accommodation reservations, you will receive a cancellation fee of 20% on the previous day's contact, 100% at the day's message, and 100% if you do not contact us.
Regarding reservations for group accommodation, it is as shown in the table below.

※100% cancellation fee will be charged from the time of reservation during the special period from 10/24 to 10/31 every year.
Q: Is the bathroom of the room a unit bus?A: Single A and Single B rooms are unit buses.Twin A, Twin B, Princess, and Forest Fairy have separate bathtubs and showers.
Q: Do you have a parking lot?A: There is no parking lot dedicated to the hotel, but if you use "Seibu Smile Park" (7th floor building parking lot) located at the north entrance of Hanno Station, if you stay, use it for 24 hours \ 800 from receipt You can get it.We will process at the hotel front desk.
Q: Can I stop a large bus?A:When you come by bus or bus, you will be asked to come through the area where large vehicles are prohibited, so Traffic Permission for Restricted Road" from the "Saitama Prefectural Police Website(Traffic-prohibited section:7-11 Yanagi Town, Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture ~ 11-8 Naka Town). Q: What time is breakfast?A: It will change from 7:00 in the morning to 9:00.(Last order 8:30)
Breakfast from 1/1 to 1/4 is from 7:30 to 9:30.

Q: Do you have dinner?A: There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel.

Q: Do you have a public bath?A: I'm sorry.There is no public bath.
Q:Can I send my luggage to the hotel first?A:Yes.
Please be sure to write the full name (in katakana) of the person making the reservation and the date of your stay on the delivery form, and send the package to the hotel by the day before.

Please understand that if we cannot confirm that the date of stay and the guest's name match, we will not be able to store your luggage.  
Your name may not be legible on handwritten paper, so please write it clearly and clearly.


We may refuse to accept cash on delivery or cash on delivery packages.

Q:Is QR code payment available?A:Yes.Only PayPay is available.
Q.:Can the hotel book a taxi?A.:We are not affiliated with any taxi company.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a reservation for the taxi yourself.
